Cancellation & Booking Policy

A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required at booking and will go towards your service. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances but will remain as a credit if you reschedule.

A credit card deposit is required and securely stored in our Fresha system.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

• Within 48 hours: 50% charge of the booked service.

• Within 12 hours or no-show: 100% charge.

• Late arrivals (20+ mins): Appointment is considered missed.
